Passive Skill: Through the Clouds

Cirrus Cloudbound

Once Cirrus reaches level four, he can fly and move freely across the map. Basic attacks grant him Breath, boosting his movement speed but depleting quickly. Landing basic attacks or skills on enemies applies Gouge stacks, lasting two seconds and stacking up to five times. Gouged enemies take damage based on their maximum health when moving, with the damage increasing per stack and based on Cirrus' Physical Attack. Gouged enemies also take continuous physical damage over time. Heroes take reduced damage from this effect while stationary, but minions and monsters are fully affected regardless of movement.

Cirrus Divebomb

Cirrus charges up, gaining increased movement speed. Once charged, he dashes forward, dealing damage and stunning enemies. He also gains a protective shield. If he hits an enemy hero, he can jump backward. Cancelling the charge early refunds a portion of the cooldown.

Cirrus Pinion Prance

Cirrus hurls wind blades at enemies twice, dealing physical damage and slowing them down. For the next four seconds, Cirrus attacks faster and his basic attacks are extended, releasing three razor-sharp feathers that deal increasing amounts of physical damage.

Skill 3: Soaring Whirlwind

Cirrus Stormfront

Cirrus becomes temporarily invulnerable to damage and lifts the target enemy into the air, freeing them from any crowd control effects. While airborne, Cirrus can move freely and is immune to attacks. Upon landing, he deals heavy damage to the enemy, launching them back and inflicting additional damage based on the number of stacks he has. The launched enemy can only be damaged by Cirrus while in the air. Cirrus' flying speed increases with his level. Even if there is no enemy nearby to lift, Cirrus will still land with the same impact damage.
