Foes within the prison's radius are slowed, while allies passing through gain temporary immunity to harmful effects. The prison endures for 12 seconds. Temulch is invulnerable to debuffs while inside the Storm Prison and regenerates stamina at an accelerated rate. Enemies caught within the prison are severely hindered, unable to move freely and suffering from a slowed stamina recovery for 8 seconds. This effect drains all their stamina immediately. |

Enemies caught in the prison are severely hindered, immobilized, and suffer a drastic reduction in stamina recovery for 8 seconds, starting with an immediate loss of all stamina. |
